THE HOPPY HOME COMFORT ADVANTAGE
Comfort now. A plan you can live with.
A big home decision can have a manageable next step. Let’s find the payment path that feels right for you.
PAY OVER TIME
0% APRUp to 60 months
Put your payments toward your comfort. Spread the cost over scheduled payments without interest on a qualifying plan.
How does the 0% plan work?
A qualifying purchase is divided into scheduled payments over the approved term, up to five years. At 0% APR, no interest is added during that term.
We’ll show you the amount financed, any down payment, number of payments, monthly payment and total paid before you choose. Subject to credit approval, qualifying equipment and plan availability.
GIVE YOURSELF TIME
18 monthsSame-as-cash flexibility
Upgrade now. Plan your payoff. No required payments during the promotion on a qualifying plan.
No interest if paid in full within 18 months. Deferred interest may apply if you miss the payoff deadline.
What happens at the payoff deadline?
Pay the entire promotional balance by the deadline to avoid interest. Making no required payments does not reduce what you owe.
If a balance remains, interest may be charged from the purchase date under the lender’s agreement. We’ll review that APR, the exact payoff date and the payments required after the promotion with you.

The promotional deadline
Same-as-cash usually means deferred interest. If the full promotional balance is not paid by the deadline, interest may be charged back to the purchase date. It is different from a true 0% APR plan.
CLEAR ANSWERS. LESS SECOND-GUESSING.
Let’s make the money part easier.
Ask anything. Understanding the terms is part of finding a comfortable fit.
Does booking a visit affect my credit?
No credit application is required to book your free assessment. If you decide to apply for financing, the lender explains the credit check and application process before you continue.
Is same-as-cash the same as 0% APR?
No. A true 0% APR installment plan has scheduled payments without interest during its approved term. The 18-month same-as-cash offer requires full payoff by the promotional deadline to avoid deferred interest. Compare the written terms before choosing.
What if my credit isn’t perfect?
IEIF publishes eligibility starting at a FICO score of 580. Credit score alone does not determine approval; the lender also reviews income, debts, the property and project. We can discuss the available paths without promising a particular outcome.
Can I pay cash instead?
Absolutely. We’ll compare your cash price with the available financing options, including the total cost and any qualifying savings, so you can choose what works for you.
Is IEIF a grant or a government payment?
IEIF is the Indiana Energy Independence Fund, a nonprofit green bank. Its residential program provides loans for eligible home improvements. Loans must be repaid; this is different from a rebate or grant.
